Jen is highly skilled in customer driven strategy, product, innovation, delivery, operations and is a keen technologist. She has managed global Technology budgets for household brands as well as P&L ownership of a £multi million operation.
Jen set up Rascal Ventures in 2021 so that she could collaborate with founders, charities, and businesses to create digital products that truly empowers users. Rascal focuses on innovative solutions with a strong emphasis on social impact, ethical practices, and leveraging technology for good. They aim for positive disruption and have achieved B Corp pending status, demonstrating their commitment to better ways of working.
